Terms & Condition

Last updated: January 2026. By booking Tapeglow Podcast Studio ("we", "our") for production, recording, creative, or growth services, you ("you", "client") agree to the following terms.

Bookings and quotes. Every project begins with a written quote describing scope, timeline, and price. Work starts once you approve the quote. Dates for studio sessions are reserved when confirmed in writing.

Payment. One-off projects are billed 50% to begin and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Amounts are due within 14 days of invoice. Late balances may pause scheduled releases until settled.

Deliverables and revisions. Each package includes the revision rounds stated in your quote. Extra revision rounds and scope changes are quoted before work continues, so there are no surprises.

Ownership. Once paid in full, finished episodes, artwork, and materials we create for your show are yours — including source organization and publishing access. Our working templates and presets remain ours.

Conduct. Our studio is a welcoming space for every voice. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work that is hateful, harassing, or unlawful, with a pro-rata refund for undelivered work.
